The “all inclusive” package includes accommodation, food, overland travel, activities, entry fees, snacks, equipment and conference overheads. This starts from the moment you register at the ‘muster point’ in Sydney on Feb 3rd, until we conclude formally in Melbourne on Feb 13th. Knowing the capacity of some alumni to enjoy an alcoholic drink, you’ll have to cover this cost yourself but we will make sure water is always available!

The total fees for this amazing all-inclusive package are $1200 AUS. A deposit of $350 AUS is required by Dec 10th and the final payment ($850 AUS) is due January 15th, 2009.

In addition to covering the above costs, a levy on each package will cover:

• a contribution to the conference scholarship fund (to provide limited support to those in financial difficulty)
• a small donation to the StratLeade Network, in order to support future generations of MSLS students

To make your payment, email your registration form to info@hallbarhet.org and you will receive an invoice. Payments must be made via bank transfer from your bank to the account information provided.

A limited amount of financial assistance is available should you require it, please contact us (info@hallbarhet.org). Financial assistance will only cover a portion of the package fees and cannot be used to cover travel expenses to Australia.
